This page explains how the QTRONIX website handles dealer enquiries and product contact links.

Dealer enquiry details

When you submit the dealer form, we collect your name, mobile number, state, district, city, product interests, business type and contact acknowledgement. You may also choose to provide a business name, email address, WhatsApp number and message.

How we use your information

QTRONIX uses these details to review your interest in partnering with us and to contact you about the enquiry. Submitting this form does not approve a dealership, create a portal account or guarantee a commercial arrangement.

Promotional preferences

Promotional messages have a separate, optional checkbox. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your dealer enquiry. You can ask us to stop promotional contact at any time.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in QTRONIX’s Firebase Realtime Database. Public website visitors cannot read the records. Access is restricted to authorized QTRONIX staff and service processes. The service keeps submission identifiers, timestamps and hashed rate-limit identifiers to prevent spam and duplicate applications.

Retention and requests

QTRONIX retains enquiry details for business follow-up and enquiry administration. Call us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional promotional consent. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.

External contact services

Phone, WhatsApp and map links open external services. Their own privacy terms apply. A WhatsApp link prepares a draft; you choose whether to send it. Fonts and product images are served locally, and this website does not include analytics or advertising scripts.
